“Sheriff’s authorities arrested Michael Ray Sullivan, 52, of Victorville for this morning’s fatal shooting of Ricky Lacour, 29, also of Victorville,” according to a source.
Victorville- an investigation has been launched as officials investigate an early morning homicide that occurred at approximately 1:47 a.m., Sunday, on the 15000 block of Roan Circle near Roan Road, in Brentwood community track homes in Victorville.
According to scanner traffic, calls came in for a man found face down in the street with gunshot wounds. The subject was taken to Victor Valley Community Hospital, transported via a private auto, where he was pronounced dead.
