VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A crash involving a motorcycle and a hit-and-run driver briefly shut down a stretch of a busy road Tuesday.
Just after 6:00 p.m., September 17, 2019, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputies from the Victorville Station, along with the Victorville City Fire and AMR, responded to the incident between 7th and Hickory Avenues on Nisqualli Road.
First responders located a red Honda VRF800 motorcycle and the male rider conscious and alert on the ground in the eastbound lanes.
The rider was transported via AMR ambulance to a local hospital and is expected to survive his injuries.
Police believe the suspect’s vehicle may be a 1996-2000 silver Honda Civic hatchback missing a bumper and a headlight.
