Hiker Falls to His Death

On Saturday, April 12, 2014, at about 11:30 AM, Thuan Ngoc Pham, a 49 year old resident of San Diego, was hiking along the Sky High Trail, approximately three miles east of San Gorgonio Peak, when he was witnessed to fall down the ice covered slope.

Pham was flown by Sheriff Air Rescue helicopter to Loma Linda University Medical Center where he was pronounced dead in the emergency room at 1:44 PM
