Highland Police Need Your Help Locating UPS Package Thief


HIGHLAND-( On November 18th 2014 at 2:14 pm, a black male adult was caught on surveillance video after following a UPS UPS Burglary 1truck that was out making deliveries. The driver stopped to deliver a package in the 28000 block of Foxtail Way in East Highland. Upon leaving the package on the porch, the male suspect with the shaved head and short braided goatee in a burgundy sedan drove up around the corner and got out of the vehicle, walked up to the residence, picked up the package and left.

The Highland Investigators received possible suspect information on December 5th. Upon reviewing the information received the detectives were able to identify the suspect as San Bernardino resident Marcellus Carter as the suspect captured on the video surveillance.

A search warrant was conducted at Carter’s residence located in the 200 block of West 17th St. in San Bernardino. Carter was not located at the residence. Investigators believe Carter has been hiding out in the San Bernardino city area since seeing himself on the surveillance video Screenshot from 2014-12-16 07:50:46in the news.
