High Risk Sex Offender Wanted After Disabling Monitoring Device

BAKERSFIELD -(VVNG.com): Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in helping to locate high-risk sex offender, Rumaldo Perez.

Perez disabled his tracking device on November 6th in the area of E. Belle Terrace and Madison Street, according to Sergeant Joe Grubbs.

There is an outstanding parole warrant out for the arrest of Perez, who is known to carry a knife and is on parole for the possession of a firearm. He is described as a Hispanic male, 5’2-5’5, 165 pounds, gray and black hair and brown eyes. Perez is wanted for violation of State Parole.
