HESPERIA-(VVNG.com): At approximately 10:40 p.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2015 San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies from the Hesperia Station responded to a 911 call made by a female regarding a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, they learned that a male subject was barricaded in a home with a gun on Newport Street near Coyote Trail.
The female that called 911, was able to get herself and her children out of the home by the time deputies arrived.
“SWAT responded and he surrendered shortly after midnight,” said San Bernardino County Spokeswoman Cindy Bachman. According to Bachman there were no evacuations required.
It is unknown if there were any injuries as a result of the domestic dispute or if any arrests were made. Information will be updated as it is received.
