Hesperia smoke shop cited by code enforcement for selling marijuana

HESPERIA, Calif. (VVNG.com) — The City of Hesperia Code Enforcement cited a local smoke shop for selling marijuana, officials said.
It happened on October 21, 2019, at about 4:02 pm deputies from the Hesperia sheriff’s station assisted code enforcement with a business check at Supreme Smoke Shop in the 17100 block of Bear Valley Road.
Sheriffs spokesman Edgar Moran said, “evidence was found consistent with the business illegally selling marijuana. The business was issued a citation for the offense.”
The smoke shop does not have a license to sell marijuana.
