HESPERIA, Calif. (VVNG.com) — Bradley Adam Mitchell, 28, was was arrested for attempted murder after he allegedly shot another man in the face on Friday.
It happened just before 11:00 pm, on June 28, 2019, in the area of I Avenue and Danbury Avenue in Hesperia.
In a Victor Valley News Group post about the incident, member Deborah Crawford commented and said a man went into the Circle K and claimed he had been shot in the face. “He was bleeding everywhere,” stated Crawford.
Sheriff’s spokeswoman Jodi Miller said deputies responded to reports of a shooting and upon arrival they located the victim, an adult male.
Miller said the victim was able to walk to the nearby Circle K and and asked for assistance.
“He was able to communicate with deputies and identify the suspect who had shot him. The victim stated there was a brief disagreement prior to the shooting,” stated Miller.
The suspect was identified as Bradley Adam Mitchell. Police located him the same day at a residence in the 7900 block of Montrose Avenue where he was arrested.
Mitchell is currently being held on a $1 Million bail for Jos PC664/187(A) Attempted Murder charge and is ineligible for bail due to violating his previous charge of PC3455 Post Release Community Supervision. He’s scheduled for arraignment in a Victorville courtroom on July 2, 2019.
Miller said emergency medical personnel transported the victim to a nearby hospital for treatment. An updated on his condition was not available.
