Hesperia Liquor Store Robbed at Gun Point

HESPERIA:(VVNG.com)- On Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at about 6:17 PM, police responded to the report of an armed robbery at a liquor store in Hesperia.
Per scanner traffic, the suspect walked into Applejack Liqour on the 14300 block of Main Street and robbed the business at gunpoint.
The suspect took merchandise and demanded cash from the employee, who complied.
The suspect is described as 5’6″ with a medium to heavy build. The suspect was wearing a black bulky jacket, black baseball cap and carrying a black backpack.
The race of the suspect is currently unknown. The suspect attempted to conceal his identity by using black paint or makeup on his face.
The suspect used a silver semi automatic handgun. At this time it’s unclear how much money was taken from the cash register.
The suspect was last seen running westbound on Main Street. As of 7:00 PM, no arrest have been made.
