Heavy traffic after multi-vehicle crash on Bear Valley and Mariposa Rd in Victorville

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A multi-vehicle traffic accident at the intersection of Bear Valley and Mariposa Road is causing extra delays Saturday morning.
At about 8:07 am firefighters responded to the intersection and found four-vehicles blocking the eastbound lanes of Bear Valley Road.
A total of three ground ambulances were requested to transport five people with non-life threatening injuries.
Motorists heading eastbound should consider using an alternate route such as La Mesa/Nisqualli while the accident is cleared up. Traffic is reduced to one lane and is creating a back-up.
The official cause of the accident is under investigation by Victorville Police.
