Good Samaritan Helps Put out Vehicle Fire

CAJON PASS:(VVNG.com)- A vehicle fire was reported at 6:33 P.M., on Wednesday April, 1, 2015 on Cajon Blvd. and Cleghorn Fire Road.
For unknown reasons A white Buick Regal stopped along the 2-lane road and for unknown reasons the engine area of the vehicle erupted into flames.
A water truck belonging to Ahern Rentals coincidentally happened to be driving by and stopped to extinguish the fire. Thanks to the drivers quick actions it prevented the flames from spreading to nearby vegetation.
The driver of the vehicle was able to safely exit and no other injuries were reported.
A fire engine arrived on-scene shortly after and took over the assignment.
