Snodgrass’ friends and loved ones have organized fundraisers at The Cadillac Ranch Saloon for the upcoming holiday weekend. A pool tournament will take place on Saturday July 2nd at 2:00 p.m. A car wash and benefit concert will be held the following day, July 3rd, starting at 10 a.m.
The proceeds will go to Snodgrass’ mother to assist with final expenses and living expenses. Stan and his mother split bills so the financial assistance help her keep their house.
Seventeen years ago, Snodgrass broke his neck in a BMX bicycle accident that left him a C-5 C-6 quadriplegic. However, he didn’t let the obstacle prevent him from living life to the fullest. He was a fabricator, rigging and modifying his environment to make it easy for him to get around. He played pool, he was a musician, and he was an artist.
“He’ll be missed and he was a really good friend, its gonna be hard for his family.”
