
VICTORVILLE, Calif. – A free Residential Landscape Conversion Ideas Class is scheduled for Saturday, June 10 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Victorville City Hall, 14343 Civic Dr., in Victorville. The hands-on class will provide residents with information on how to convert a traditional landscape into a beautiful, water-wise garden.
Participants will receive information on landscape design ideas, plant selection, hardscape alternatives, and landscape measurement. After the class, there will be a guided tour of the City’s Water Conservation Demonstration Garden.
The program is sponsored by the City of Victorville in cooperation with the Mojave Water Agency and the Alliance for Water Awareness and Conservation.
