APPLE VALLEY:(VVNG.com)- Apple Valley is holding a clean up day for their residents on Saturday, August 16th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the Northwest corner of Rincon Road and Seneca Road. All people planning on dumping must bring valid photo ID to show they reside in Apple Valley. There will be no hazardous waste items accepted and no tires will be accepted for this event. The city is allowing those who need to, to make multiple trips, each lasting 30 minutes or less and those attending must be able to unload the trash themselves.
If you have Hazardous Waste. the city also has a weekly Hazardous Waste drop off available for residence every Saturday (except for holidays) from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at: 13450 Nomwaket Road, South of Powhatan
