PHELAN-(VVNG.com): On Saturday, January 31, just after 1:10 p.m., a four vehicle traffic collision was reported on Phelan Rd and Anderson Ranch Road just west of Wilson Ranch Road.
The major damage accident left four patients injured, and at least two transported by ground ambulance to local hospitals for treatment.
The cause has not been determined although witnesses say that speed was not a factor.
“Someone was taking a turn with no blinkers on no speed involved,” said Kyle Schinhofen.
