HELENDALE-(VVNG.com): Four Helendale residents, including one juvenile were arrested in connection with two residential burglaries that occurred in the Helendale area on November 6th. According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s press release, during both burglaries personal property was stolen, including a handgun.
Upon arrival, deputies were able to locate evidence at both of the crime scenes which aided their investigation. Deputies later received information that a male juvenile was attempting to sell a stolen gun in the community of Silver Lakes.
A Detective from the Victor Valley station assisted with the investigation and conducted an interview with the 17-year-old, which lead to his arrest for the burglaries. Through his arrest, the detective was able to identify three additional suspects that were involved with the burglaries. The three suspects were identified as 20-year-old Timothy Tackett, 49-year-old Nicolas Holt-Francis and 47-year-old Curtis Jeter.
All three adult suspects were arrested and booked into the High Desert Detention Center. The teen suspect was arrested and booked into the High Desert Juvenile Hall. A television and other stolen property were identified, recovered, and returned to the victims.
