Four Arrested for Hesperia Marijuana Cultivation

HESPERIA-(VVNG.com):  A search warrant at 16094 Walnut Street in Hesperia lead to the arrest of four individuals. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Division-Marijuana Enforcement Team went to the residence in order to conduct a search of the residence at approximately 2:30 p.m. on January 26th at 2:30 p.m.

The parcel consisted of a single-story home and a large steel building at the rear of the property.  The property at the rear of the property was being used to cultivate and process marijuana. The suspects, Ervand Aynszyan, age 46, of Upland, Jocylen Gonzalez, age 21, of Hesperia, Conception Vasquez, age 43, of Hesperia  and Gustavo Chavez, age 36, of Upland were all there at the time of the search.

Over 500 marijuana plants were growing at the location. Several hundred gift cards and credit cards were also located, leading the investigators to believe they were also involved in Identity theft. A large amount of cash and a handgun were located inside the residence.

All four suspects were arrested without incident and charged with Cultivating Marijuana. The four were booked at a San Bernardino County jail facility.

Investigators are continuing their investigation and are trying to identify any potential victims of Identity Theft.
