Fontana Man Arrested for Sexual Acts with Minor, Authorities Searching for More Potential Victims
FONTANA, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A 39-year-old man was arrested in Fontana following a police investigation into alleged sexual acts with a minor, and authorities are now actively searching for more potential victims.
On October 19, 2025, officers responded to a local business after a juvenile reported being approached in the restroom by an adult male who made “uncomfortable and advancing statements.”
According to a written statement from the Fontana Police Department, officers contacted Julio Madrid at the scene and discovered another juvenile was with him at the business.
Fontana Police Department Detectives took over the investigation and determined that Madrid had engaged in sexual acts with the juvenile who was with him.
Further investigation uncovered evidence of additional sexual activity involving a minor, as well as the possession of child pornography.
A search warrant was executed at Madrid’s home in the 6800 block of Boeing Avenue in Fontana. Madrid was arrested for Sodomy with a Minor Under the Age of 16 and was booked into the West Valley Detention Center.
Authorities believe Madrid used multiple social media platforms to contact minors and are actively seeking information that could identify more victims. Social media usernames linked to Madrid include:
- Instagram: Jaysem_009
- Facebook: Stephen Madrid
- TikTok: @jaysem_09 and @theretroguy22
Investigators are urging anyone who may have information or believes they may have been contacted by Madrid to reach out to Detective C. Romo at 909-356-3350 or CROMO@FONTANACA.GOV, or Sergeant A. Davis at 909-854-8152 or ADAVIS@FONTANACA.GOV.
