First Mountain Bank in Lucerne Valley Robbed at Gunpoint

LUCERNE VALLEY, Calif. (VVNG.com) The First Mountain Bank in Lucerne Valley was robbed at gunpoint Wednesday afternoon.
On March 22, 2017, at about 4:20 p.m Sheriff’s dispatch received a report of an armed robbery at the bank located at 32946 Highway 18.
Per scanner reports, the male suspect armed with a black Glock type pistol jumped over the counter.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 20-40 years of age, 160 lbs., wearing a ski mask, green khaki pants, and a blue shirt. The suspect fled the location on foot west behind the bank.
No injuries were reported as a result of the robbery.
Sheriff’s Station officials did not respond to a media inquiry regarding the incident.
