Female store clerk in Bloomington shot during robbery; suspects at large

BLOOMINGTON, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A woman working behind the counter of a Bloomington liquor store was shot by during a Thursday night armed robbery, officials said.

On March 29, 2018, at 11:00 p.m., Fontana Station deputies were dispatched to a shooting at the Shop and Go liquor store at 11636 Cedar Avenue in Bloomington.

Deputies arrived and found a 41-year-old employee down on the ground suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital where she remains in serious condition.

Investigators are asking for assistance from the public to identify the suspects involved in this crime.
