Female Juvenile Arrested After Throwing Computer Screen at Stepmother in Adelanto

ADELANTO, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A female juvenile was arrested Sunday night after allegedly throwing a computer screen at her stepmother, causing minor injuries.

The incident occurred at approximately 9:34 p.m. on July 27, 2025, at a residence in the 15800 block of Horizon Way in Adelanto.

Deputies responded to reports of a disturbance involving two female juveniles attempting to fight their stepmother.

While deputies were speaking with the involved parties, one of the juveniles escalated the situation by hurling a computer screen at the victim’s head. The victim sustained minor injuries, according to a written statement from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.

The juvenile was subsequently arrested and booked into the High Desert Juvenile Detention and Assessment Center.

Authorities have not released the names of those involved due to their age.
