[googlemap src=”” align=”alignright” ]VICTORVILLE: (VVNG) – Grab your swimsuits and towels because it’s official: Doris Davies Park pool will be open for Memorial Day.
The pool hours, for open swim on Memorial Day will be 11:45 a.m.-1:45 p.m. for the first session and 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. for the second session.
Then, beginning June 9th, the pool will be open Monday through Friday for one recreation swim session from 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.
After June 7th, Doris Davies Park pool will be open for recreation swim on weekends and holidays from 11:45 a.m. – 1:45 p.m. for the first session, and from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. for the second session.
Community Services will be taking registration at Hook Community Center for swim lessons. The summer schedule for the pool includes aquatic programs, open swim hours, swim lessons, lap swimming, family recreation swim, and water exercise times.
For those individuals wishing to become future lifeguards, there are training programs to sign up for as well.
