SAN BERNARDINO: (VVNG) – On Sunday, May 18, 2014 , at approximately 1:34 a.m., the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Dispatch Center received numerous 911 emergency calls of possible gun shots being fired in the area of north F. Street and 41st Street in the unincorporated area of San Bernardino.
Multiple callers reported hearing at least 40 gun shots in the area. Deputies responded to the area and identified a crime scene. Several bullet casings were located in the street showing evidence of a shooting. There was damage to at least one house from the gun shots.
Deputies made contact with the suspects at a residence on the 4100 block of north F. Street after finding evidence of a shooting occurring at that residence.
Deputies conducted their investigation and learned that one of the suspects (Elissa Guillebeau) used a high-powered assault type rifle to fire several rounds in the area after the occupants of two vehicles drove by the residence and shouted out gang related statements and threats.
The unidentified occupants drove away in their vehicles. It is unclear if anyone inside the vehicle was injured.
During the investigation, marijuana was found growing at the residence along with processed marijuana and suspected methamphetamine. Four handguns, one sawed-off shotgun and a high-powered rifle with a large capacity magazine were recovered by deputies.
A total of five suspects were booked at the Central Detention Center in San Bernardino. They are 21-year-old Elissa Guillebeau, 24-year-old Robert Guillebeau, 34-year-old Ronaldo Moore, 24-year-old Darin Couzens, 18-year-old Francisco Delacruz all residents of San Bernardino.
Deputies are asking the public to come forward with any additional information concerning the two vehicles that left the secne or if there are any additional victims that have not been identified.
