Dirt graded as Jet Wave Carwash plans construction on Bear Valley Road and Pacoima Road

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — Workers are busy grading the ground for a full-service car wash that will reshape the landscape of a once desolate piece of land near the Mall of Victor Valley.
The all-new, Jet Wave Carwash will be located on approximately 5-acres at 13921 Bear Valley Road (on the south side) between Shooting Star Drive and Pacoima Road.
Phase 1 of the project
The building will feature a futuristic and modern design made of glass, steel, and metal panel building materials.
The developer said the carwash building is oriented toward Bear Valley Road and is situated in a manner that the design of the building and landscaping are the primary views from the right-of-way.
According to the report, access to the car wash site will be provided by an on-site circulation road that will extend south from the intersection of Bear Valley Road and Pacoima Road and become the fourth leg of that signalized intersection.
Part of the plans also include upgrades to the existing intersection and traffic signals. New street lights along the frontage of the property and a sidewalk will also be installed.
Bear Valley Wave LLC, will develop Phase 1 of the 22-acre parcel that will remain undeveloped with the exception of the full-service carwash, according to the report.
The future Phase II development includes a 4,620 square-foot fast food restaurant with a drive-thru, an 8,000 square foot sit-down restaurant, and a 40,000 square-foot retail/market building.
So far, the company has not announced when construction is expected to be completed by.
