Johannesburg, Calif:(VVNG.com)- A preliminary 4.2 earthquake was registered in the former mining town of Johannesburg, about 27 miles northwest of Barstow.
According to the USGS, the small jolt occurred at 10:31 A.M., on Sunday, December 27, 2015.
Many people who felt the quake are describing it as a “small jolt”.
No immediate reports of any damages have been reported. On Saturday, December 26th a 3.8 magnitude earthquake struck the small town.
