Deputy arrests female burglary suspect in the backyard of Apple Valley home

APPLE VALLEY, Calif. (VVNG.com) — An Apple Valley sheriff’s deputy arrested a burglary suspect in the backyard of a home.

It happened on May 20, 2019, at about 6:50 am, deputies responded to the 21100 block of Thunderbird Road reference an alarm at the residence.

Upon arrival, Deputy G. Ciani arrived at the location and found an adult female in the backyard of the home.

Deputy Ciani determined that the female, later identified as Bianca Glaum, 36, a resident of Apple Valley, had broken a window to the residence, gained access and removed items.

The owner of the residence does not know the suspect. 

Glaum was arrested on charges of burglary and booked at High Desert Detention Center. On Wednesday, May 22, 2019 a charge of burglary was filed by the Victorville District Attorney’s Office. Glaum is being held in lieu of $75,000 bail.
