Deputies Seeking the Whereabouts of a Wanted Fugitive

LUCERNE VALLEY-(VVNG.com): Police are searching for the whereabouts of a 34-year-old Big Bear man who is wanted by deputies from the Victor Valley Station for evading and for two felony warrants.
San Bernardino County Sheriff’s officials said that on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at about 1:18 a.m. deputies were dispatched to the report of a burglar alarm at a Lucerne Valley residence. While responding a deputy observed a vehicle leaving the area at a high rate of speed. The deputy attempted to stop the vehicle, but the vehicle failed to yield.
After a brief pursuit, the driver stopped, got out of the vehicle and fled into the desert on foot. The Sheriff’s helicopter as well as other deputies conducted an area search, but the driver was not located. Through further investigation, it was learned that Robert Trionfi was the driver of the fleeing vehicle.
Trionfi currently is wanted on two felony warrants and for evading arrest. Anyone with information on the location of Robert Trionfi is asked to call Sheriff’s dispatch at (760) 956-5001 or We Tip at (800) 78-CRIME.
