(VVNG.com)- On Monday, May 18, 2015, at 1:32 p.m., deputies from the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station responded to an unincorporated desert area, northwest of Interstate 15 and Wild Wash Road after a dead body was found. The decedent appears to be a Hispanic male adult and his remains were severely dehydrated.
Detectives from the Sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division – Homicide Detail assumed the investigation and summoned Crime Scene Specialists from the Sheriff’s Scientific Investigations Division.
Investigators processed the scene and the decedent’s remains were transported to the Coroner’s Division. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the identity and cause and manner of death.
