Coroner Identifies Arthur Upicksoun, 38, Found Dead Near Roy Rogers Drive In Victorville

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — The San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office has identified a man found dead in a dirt field in Victorville as Arthur Upicksoun, 38.

Deputies from the Victorville Police Department responded at approximately 9:17 p.m. on Sunday, April 12, 2026, to a dirt field near the 15000 block of Roy Rogers Drive.

Upicksoun was pronounced dead at the scene, according to authorities.

According to the coroner, the place of death was listed as “found near business complex,” and the manner of death remains pending.

The identification was made by Supervising Deputy Coroner S. Hill on April 18, 2026.
