Community Assist Hesperia Deputies in Arresting Three Burglars

HESPERIA– (VVNG.com): On Friday, October 17, 2014, at approximately 9:52 a.m., Deputies of the Hesperia Sheriff’s Station were dispatched to a report of a residential burglary in progress. The home owners were returning to their non-primary residence on the 10900 block of E Avenue in Hesperia when they found a vehicle parked in their driveway and the three male suspects in the home.

As deputies responded to the area, the victims reported to dispatch the direction of travel of the suspects as they fled from the victim’s home. Additional calls came in from neighbors in the area reporting suspicious activity of three males running through the area and giving information about which home the suspects fled to. The suspects were located hiding out in two different homes on E Ave., Hesperia.

Multiple tools and household items belonging to the victims were recovered from the suspect’s homes and also located in the suspect’s vehicle that was parked in the victim’s driveway.

All three suspects identified as Francisco Lopez, 18, Alfredo Arcila, 23, and Jason Squire, 25, all from the City of Hesperia were taken into custody without incident, arrested and will be booked on charges of PC459-Residential Burglary. This is an ongoing investigation and efforts are being made to discern if these suspects are responsible for other thefts in the area.

The victims and neighbors in the area did an incredible job of relaying good information to dispatch that helped deputies locate the suspects.
