Clerk hit with gun during Victorville gas station robbery

VICTORVILLE, Calif. ( A female gas station clerk was struck over the head with a gun during a robbery early Thursday morning, according to scanner traffic.

Sheriff’s Dispatch was called at approximately 4:15 a.m. after a customer went into the Shell gas station, located on Bear Valley Road and Highway 395, and discovered the female cashier lying on the floor crying.

Per scanner traffic, the employee told the customer she was just robbed and struck in the head by the stock of a gun.

Authorities immediately started searching for the robbers, who were both described as two Black male adults about 6 feet tall.

During the robbery, the two masked men stole lottery scratchers and an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing from the location.
