CHP: 28 cited during Fourth of July I-15 freeway enforcement operation

HESPERIA, Calif. (VVNG.com) — This Independence Day the Victorville CHP conducted an enforcement operation with the assistance of Inland Division Air Operations on Interstate 15 at Oak Hill Road.
Moving violations that cause collisions were the primary focus.
Within two hours, 28 citations were issued, two vehicles impounded, and one driver arrested for DUI.
All speed citations issued were between 20-35 miles per hour over the speed limit.
