Cash register stolen from La Michoacana in Victorville

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A local ice cream shop is amongst the latest businesses to be hit by burglars.
Employees working at La Michocana in the 12300 block of Mariposa Road showed up to work and found a shattered glass door.
At about 4:00 am on Monday, September 23, 2019, an unknown suspect broke the glass and entered the business.
Sheriff’s spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez told VVNG a cash register with a small amount of money inside was taken and the suspect fled.
La Michoacana is a Mexican ice cream parlor with a 4.4 rating on the review website Yelp.com. Customers can order treats like raspados, fruit drinks, hot cheeto elotes, or a scoop of good ol’ fashioned ice cream.
No arrest have been made and anyone with information is asked to call 760-241-2911.
