Car slams into back of semi on Main Street in Hesperia Friday morning

HESPERIA, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A woman suffered only minor injuries after her vehicle slammed into the back of a semi Friday morning.
At about 8:40 am on September 20, 2019, a black Nissan sedan slammed into the rear of a tractor-trailer in the westbound lanes of Main Street near Third Avenue in Hesperia.
The entire engine compartment of the vehicle went underneath the semi causing the DOT bar on the trailer to fold.
A female driver of the sedan reported only minor injuries.
Deputies are investigating the cause of the accident. Additional information will be updated as it becomes available.
