BREAKING: Female inmate walks away from satellite prison camp in Victorville

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — The US Marshal Service is searching for a female inmate who walked away from a satellite prison camp in Victorville.

It happened on Saturday, November 23, 2019, at approximately 10:00 p.m., when inmate Adelina Magana Fernandez was discovered missing from the Satellite Prison Camp (SPC) in Victorville, California. 

Magana Fernandez is a 31-year-old Hispanic female with black hair, brown eyes, 5’4” tall, and weighs approximately 210 pounds.

Officials said Magana-Fernandez was sentenced in the U.S. Court, Western District of Arkansas, to 168 months for aiding and abetting distribution of a mixture or substance containing more than five grams of methamphetamine. 

The United States Marshals Service and other law enforcement agencies were notified, and an internal investigation was initiated.

SPC Victorville is a minimum security facility within the Federal Correctional Complex in Victorville, California, which currently houses 325 female offenders.
