BREAKING: Two Alarm Vegetation Fire in mojave Riverbed

UPDATE @ 5:45 PM – The foreword rate of spread has been stopped. Firefighters have a line around the fire.
UPDATE @ 5:30 PM – Firefighters are working on getting a line around the fire. The fire remains at 2 acres.
VICTORVILLE, CA:(VVNG.com)– Firefighters are currently working a two-alarm vegetation fire in the Mojave Riverbed.
The fire was reported at about 4:35 p.m., on Tuesday, October 11th near Stoddard Wells Road.
Per scanner reports, the fire is currently 2 acres in size with heavy fuel and a potential to rapidly grow to more acres. No structures are currently threatened.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
