Brake Failure Leads To Tuesday Night Crash

VICTORVILLE, CALIF.(VVNG.com)– A vehicle that crashed through a fence along D Street had many motorists scratching their heads and wondering what exactly happened.
The single vehicle crash was reported at 4:20 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29th along the 17000 block of D Street in Victorville.
Sheriff’s spokeswoman Mara Rodriguez said, a female driving a 1996 Toyota sedan was driving north on Hesperia Road, nearing the intersection of Hesperia Road.
“The driver stated that her brakes failed and her vehicle continued across Hesperia Road and crashed through a wrought iron fence of a business at the location,” stated Rodriguez.
No injuries were reported and no other vehicles were involved in the crash. The vehicle sustained some damage as did a section of the fence.
