Both Drivers Hurt in Midday Crash at Dos Palmas and Del Gado Roads in Victorville
VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — Two drivers were injured in a two-vehicle traffic collision Thursday afternoon at the intersection of Dos Palmas and Del Gado roads in Victorville.
The crash occurred at approximately 12:03 p.m. on February 26, 2026, at the two-way stop intersection, which has stop signs for motorists traveling east and west on Dos Palmas Road.
According to preliminary information, a black Nissan Pathfinder SUV was traveling southbound on Del Gado Road, while a gray Nissan Sentra sedan was traveling eastbound on Dos Palmas Road. The vehicles collided in the intersection, causing the SUV to overturn.
The Pathfinder sustained major front-end damage, with the hood crumpled inward and the front bumper torn away. The windshield was shattered, and the roof showed significant crush damage consistent with a rollover. The vehicle came to rest upright on the dirt shoulder just off the roadway.

The Sentra also sustained heavy front-end damage, with the hood crushed and the front driver’s side heavily impacted. The sedan came to a stop partially inside the front yard of a corner residence, where it damaged a section of chain-link fencing.
The impact pushed the fence inward, and debris from both vehicles was scattered across the dirt shoulder and roadway.

An adult woman was driving the SUV, and a young male was driving the sedan. Injuries sustained by both drivers were described as non-life-threatening.
The California Highway Patrol Victorville Station is handling the investigation.
