Body Pulled From Aqueduct in Hesperia Monday

HESPERIA, Calif. (VVNG.com) Authorities pulled a body from the aqueduct that was discovered floating Monday afternoon, according to scanner traffic.
A person reported the body in the aqueduct just after 5 p.m. in Hesperia in swift moving waters.
San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputies with the Hesperia Station immediately began closing off roads that cross over the aqueduct to prevent unauthorized access to the area.
Ranchero Road was closed in both directions between 11th Avenue and Kern Avenue.
A Swift Water Rescue Team responded to the scene to assist with pulling out the person.
Details surrounding the incident were not immediate available. Information will be updated as it becomes available.
