The suspect, Robert Tarin Garibay, was arrested on January 11, 2020, after he led Hesperia deputies on a vehicle and foot pursuit.

Garibay was booked at High Desert Detention Center associated charges and for violating his terms of probation out of Los Angeles County. He is being held without bail for violating PC3455(B)(1) Violation of Post Release Comunity Supervision.
