Barstow woman struck and killed by a vehicle on Sunday

BARSTOW, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A 41-year-old Barstow woman was struck and killed by a vehicle on Sunday night.

It happened on November 10, 2019, on Main Street, east of May Avenue.

According to the San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office, paramedics responded after 911 received a call reporting an adult White female struck by a vehicle.

The female, who is believed to be a 41-year-old Barstow resident was transported to Barstow Community and subsequently airlifted to Loma Linda University Medical Center where she died at 10:26 pm.

The Coroner’s office will identify the woman after her family has been notified of her death.

The Barstow Police Department is investigating the incident and anyone with information should call 760-256-2211.
