Barstow Man Arrested for Marijuana Extrication Lab

BARSTOW, CA:(VVNG.com)– A 45-year-old Barstow man identified as Daniel Roybal was arrested after he was found to be in possession of a marijuana extraction lab.
On Wednesday, October 5, 2016 Deputies Mamon and Bennington conducted a residential probation check in the 36000 block of Judy Dr. in Barstow.
The probation check was conducted reference an ongoing burglary investigation and during the check of the residence, deputies contacted Daniel Roybal. Roybal was found to be in possession of a marijuana extraction lab. Deputies located approximately four pounds of unprocessed marijuana and several pipes containing processed marijuana.
Daniel Roybal was arrested and booked into the High Desert Detention Center for H&S 11379.6 Possession of a Drug Manufacturing Lab and Probation Violation. He is currently being held without bail reference the probation violation.
