Avengers: Endgame Non-Spoiler Review

VVNG – Years from now, people are going to be watching this film for the first time (on their holographic devices or whatever) and they are going to love it so much they are going to wish they could travel back to April 2019 so they can watch this movie on the big screen when it first premiered.

That’s when I will tell them that I had the once in a lifetime opportunity to experience this superhero masterpiece in a theater full of extremely excited fans who had been waiting more than a decade to feast their eyes on this film. We were all lucky enough to behold a spectacular display of superhero badassery, the likes of which had never been seen before.

Once they realize that they will never be able to have the same opportunity I had, they will be jealous of me, and all I will be able to do to satiate their envy is pat them on their heads and call them little ones as I smile at them and think of how I was happy to the point of hyperventilating, due to an overwhelming feeling of euphoria I had coursing through my whole body the night I first laid eyes on such a beautiful and satisfying finale.

I, without a doubt, give Avengers: Endgame the “Checky™ Seal of Approval!” There are more than a few scenes in this flick that made everyone in the theater cheer, but there is one particular scene that made it difficult for me to (literally) breathe. Seriously, I now know what breathtaking truly is. This scene brought me so much genuine joy that actual tears leaked out of two of my four eyes. There was a point where sounds were just emanating out of me. I was paralyzed and felt a sense of dread every time I would blink because I didn’t want to miss a single second of the jaw-dropping action that was on display across every inch of the screen. This scene is the very definition of epic and one of the best scenes in cinematic history.

And that’s just one scene. There are many other parts that were also superb. This whole flick, actually, is just full of heart, and comedy, and action, and suspense, and just everything and anything you would want in a movie. Top that with a fantastic performance from everyone in the cast, the greatest bad guy in the MCU, genuinely sad scenes, moments of pure fun, lots of delightful surprises, and fight scenes that are just divine, and you got yourself the perfect and gloriously epic conclusion to 11 franchises, 22 films and over 10 years worth of incredible storytelling.

Don’t let this opportunity to be envied in the future pass you by. Be a part of history and go watch this movie, that is more than just a movie. It’s an experience that was made with lots of love for anyone who loves great movies, but especially for the fans that have accompanied our heroes on their countless adventures. Celebrated their many victories, and endured their painful defeats, all the way to this magnificent end.

Anyways! What you just (hopefully) read is just one nerd’s opinion. I was able to talk to some VictorValleyans after the flick and here’s what they had to say about Endgame:

“Goosebumps from start to finish! The movie was absolutely MARVELous”.-Kimberly A.

Benny L. was left speechless and only answered using the thumbs up and fire emojis

The movie was inevitably epic, makes me want to watch it gaMORa times”-Skarlet A.

A grown Guatemalan man emotionally expressed:
“It was phenomenal… And just thinking about it makes me cry. Not just because of how emotional each scene is but because of the rewards these grand heroes received… I’m starting to cry again. -Max V.

“Tear jerking and emotionally satisfying”-Joanna T.

“It’s a bittersweet moment. The ending of a 22 film journey. But what a way to go out”-Giovanni R.

“An emotionally action-packed and honorable conclusion to an epic story that spanned 22 movies. I will forever stan The Infinity Saga”.-Rogelio M. Jr. (thanks for teaching me what stan means, you are obviously way hipper than me).

A girl sporting a Captain America shirt beautifully mentioned:
Avengers: Endgame was truly INCREDIBLE!!! You are smiling, shocked, laughing, crying and feeling all kinds of other emotions as you try not to take your eyes off the screen so you don’t miss a thing. It was a perfect movie with the perfect ending to the story”. -Edith I.

“A phenomenal roller coaster of emotions” -Dr. Bryant S.

And finally, a Victorville resident who was there with his sons, grandkids, and about ten other people said:
“It was good. Full of action”-Eddy Z.

He might not have said too much, but he was visibly happy to be there and everyone that was with him seemed like deep down they knew they had just been a part of an event that will go down in history as truly special and highly unique.

So, what did YOU think of Avengers: Endgame? Do you agree or disagree with US? Which flick are you checking out this week? Let me know in the comments below. Have a great day at the movies and don’t forget to save me some popcorn.
