Authorities searching for missing Helendale Man

HELENDALE, (Silver Lakes) Calif. (VVNG.com) — Authorities are actively searching for a missing 53-year-old Helendale man.
Guy Balou or best known by family and friends as ‘Albert’ was last seen on Saturday, July 7, 2018.
According to San Bernardino County Sheriff’s officials, Balou has the mental capacity of a 12-year-old boy.
Albert is described as 6’00” tall, 175 lbs. with brown hair and was last seen wearing a yellow polo shirt, tan shorts, white shoes, driving a tan-colored golf cart.
A sheriffs helicopter was out assisting ground deputies with PA announcements.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station at (760)956-5001.
