VICTORVILLE:(VVNG.com): A male subject was contacted at approximately 8:50 P.M., on Tuesday night by Victorville station deputies following a report of a burglary in the 16000 block of Orick Avenue.
The adult male subject was located in close proximity to the break in location, hiding inside a vehicle that he also allegedly broke into.
When approached by deputies the subject was combative and was fighting, injuring a few of the deputies. The man was believed to be under the influence of a controlled substance at the time of deputy contact and was taken to a local hospital for related treatment.
At this time, no arrest has been made, but he is expected to be arrested when released from hospital. Information on the identity is not available for release until an arrest is made.
