Apple Valley mom gives birth to fourth child on July 7, continuing rare birthday streak

APPLE VALLEY, Calif. (VVNG.com) — An Apple Valley mother who stunned readers in 2023 for having three children born on the same date, has now given birth to a fourth child—again on July 7.

Nauzhae’ Drake, 26, welcomed her son, Kailowa Amazyn Boone, on July 7, 2025, at 6:50 p.m., making him the fourth sibling in the family to be born on 7/7 in different years.

VVNG first shared Nauzhae’s extraordinary story in 2023, when she gave birth to Kewan Boone (2019), Na’zaiyla Boone (2021), and Khalan Boone (2022)—all born naturally on July 7. At the time, Drake called the experience “overwhelming” and said she never imagined a third child would arrive on the same day. Now, that number has grown to four.

Speaking with VVNG this week, Nauzhae confirmed that baby Kailowa’s delivery was also spontaneous, without any medical induction. “The delivering doctor was amazed that he was the fourth doctor to deliver the 4th baby on 7/7. He did not believe that all of my births were spontaneous, so he went into my chart and confirmed that they were before the delivery of the new addition,” she said.

When asked how it felt for this rare phenomenon to occur again, Drake said: “I was truly appalled and astonished, but I am blessed and know it is a sign from God.”

As with her other children, baby Kailowa also has a birthmark on his right leg near his ankle, continuing a physical trait all four siblings share.

The odds of four spontaneous births occurring on the same date, across different years, are believed to be in the millions. ABC7 recently interviewed Drake, who clarified during the segment, “That is always everyone’s response—‘You have triplets?’ And I’m like, ‘No.’ ‘Twins?’ ‘No. They’re all born on different years.’”

Drake is currently a nursing student and is expected to graduate in December 2025. “I decided to continue my education and go to nursing school to be able to provide the life that my babies deserve,” she told VVNG.

VVNG previously reported that Drake is a Victor Valley College graduate who aspired to become a neonatal nurse. She described her children as her “angel babies,” all born naturally and all sharing the same birthmark on their right legs—a detail she sees as deeply meaningful.

This year, the four siblings celebrated their shared birthday together. Drake previously said their birthdays are always marked by a joint party featuring multiple themes, and she takes joy in planning the unique celebration.

“All I can say is we’re so blessed,” Drake told VVNG. “We are so lucky to have them, literally.”
