Apple Valley Gas Line Break

APPLE VALLEY– (VVNG.com)- At approximately 11:55 a.m. Southwest gas got the report of a line break in the area of Navajo Road and Ottawa Road. “The line break was caused by a third party using a backhoe,” said Steven Miller, the Southwest Gas spokesman.
According to Miller, there were no evacuations and a total of four outages in the area. The gas has been turned off for those affected and repairs were completed at about 2:35 p.m.
Southwest Gas would like to remind customers that their technicians will come out and mark any underground pipes to prevent any line breaks prior to any digging projects that you may have.
