
Victorville, CA – The City of Victorville would like to invite the community to the Annual Veterans’ Day Parade and ceremony. This annual parade brings Veterans and the entire community together for a morning of tributes from a variety of marching bands, military units, and guest speakers.
The parade begins at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, November 11, with a ceremony immediately following.
The parade starts at the corner of Tracy and 7th Street and will proceed down 7th Street, ending at the corner of Forest and 7th Street. The parade and ceremony are FREE to attend.
New to this year’s Veterans’ Day Parade and Ceremony is the “Freedom Mile Run”. The “Freedom Mile Run” will start just before the parade and follows the parade route. The cost is $5 per runner. Space is limited to the first 100 runners registered. To register for the run or to participate in the parade, please email the following: veteransparade@victorvilleca.gov or call (760) 245-5551.
Parade organizers would like to remind everyone that 7th Street will be closed between “B”Street and Mojave from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Please utilize alternate routes for detours.
