Adelanto man wanted for Apple Valley shooting

APPLE VALLEY, Calif. (VVNG.com) — Courtney Allen, a 22-year-old male of Adelanto, is wanted for attempted murder after shooting at a house in Apple Valley, police said.

On Friday, May 17, 2019, at approximately 12:20 am, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s dispatch received a report of shots fired in the 13400 block of Central Road in the Town of Apple Valley.

During the investigation, Deputy M. Cashion learned the suspect, Courtney Allen, had made threats towards the victim via telephone. Shortly after the phone call ended, Allen drove his vehicle to the residence and began firing a firearm, officials confirmed.

“The resident called 911 and the suspect left the area in his vehicle. No one was injured in the incident; a search of the area was conducted and the suspect remains outstanding,” stated Apple Valley Sheriff’s Spokeswoman Pamela Hoffman.
