VICTORVILLE:(VVNG.com)- As family prepares to hold a memorial service for 20-year-old Sofia Adams, who was found murdered from an apparent gunshot wound in her Victorville apartment on June 9th.
Her father, Frank Adams Sr., would like to express his gratitude to the community for their continued support and concern with the death of his daughter.
“On behalf of myself, Frank Adams Sr., Sofia’s mom Maria Monrreal-Moore, Sofia’s entire family, and all of her friends, we want to say thank you to the community for the overwhelming support, and words of comfort that we’ve received on Sofia’s passing. This is a very difficult time, especially since no arrests have been made, however, we are confident that whoever took her life will be caught, and we can have closure. SOFIA will have justice!”
Sofia was just beginning her life and had recently graduated High School. She leaves behind a beautiful 3-year-old son, that sadly will have to grow up without his mother.
This week authorities stated that no arrest had been made in the murder of Sofia. Detectives are urging the public to contact Homicide Detail with any information at 909-387-3589.
